MullenLowe Thailand is seeking an expert in all things social and digital, who has an analytical and strategic mind with a proven portfolio in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns for clients. Alongside the support of some experienced planners and creatives, who you will also be able to collaborate closely with, you will lead ‘how to cast the creative idea’ in various platforms and give it social currency. As a key member of a creative agency, some of the important skills to have is great judgment and disposition towards ideas, brand building and creative strategy.
This role creates and manages the creative output within the agency. It is responsible for ensuring the highest level of creative output for the brands by establishing brilliant creative excellence through the development of high-level concepts and sound creative judgment.
This role is principally about running the management and delivery of multi-channel projects on a large account. It requires a can-do approach and the drive and ability to spearhead and drive a project forward independently, from concept to production using excellent negotiation and client management skills.
The Graphic Designer designs and executes creative concepts for lead clients. The role works with the guidance of creative leads and collaborates with developers, copywriters, art directors and planners as a part of the creative process. The Graphic Designer provides accurate artwork in accordance to brief to the highest standards.
The Traffic Controller should be a detail-oriented individual that works well independently with all departments of the agency. Organization skills are necessary to succeed in this fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The Traffic Controller needs to communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, affiliates, managers and coworkers. The Traffic Controller will be overseeing the resource management and allocation for all project flows. The Traffic Controller will assign specific people to the project based on the project requirement and timeline. The Traffic Controller makes sure that all resources are being utilised on optimal level, and at the same time ensure all the projects are completed within the scheduled deadlines. As needed, the Traffic Controller will work with Account Managers and Project Managers to adjust job deadlines as needed while still meeting the Clients needs. The Traffic Controller monitors resource requirements and utilization and alerts any overstaffing or understaffing situation to senior management and HR team. He or she will work closely with HR team to ensure effective hiring and management of talents.
